What we collect on this site

This site collects only what you give us:

• —Access requests: name, work email, and optionally company. We use them to evaluate beta fit and reply to you. They are transmitted to us by email via our processor Resend and are not used for anything else.
• —A functional cookie (niivo-access) if you unlock the preview with an access code. It contains no personal data.
• —No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep access requests for as long as the beta evaluation is active and delete them on request at any time.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) — and the GDPR where it applies — you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Email hello@niivo.ai and we will act on it.
