Teams that know what to ask, and what not to paste.

Most AI habits form in the first weeks and are hard to change later. We teach on your real tasks, so people leave with routines they use the next day and clear rules for company data.

[ 02 — TEAM TRAINING ]

Training a whole team? Start with the workshops.

In-house training for a team or department runs as a workshop programme: a 4-hour hands-on workshop on site for up to 20 people, about 10 days of practice and a 1-hour online follow-up, with a management report at the end. It starts with the AI advisory, so the training fits your tools and policy.

[ 03 — WHY NIIVO ]

Taught by people who build this every week.

Training is only worth the time if it changes how people work on Monday.

  • [ 01 ]

    Practitioners, not presenters

Our trainers build and run agents and Copilot rollouts for clients. Examples come from real workflows, including what fails and why.
  • [ 02 ]

    Your tasks, not toy examples

We bring sample material, or work in your environment if you choose. People try their own mails, reports and tickets.
  • [ 03 ]

    Rules people can follow

What is allowed with which data becomes a short rule set for your company, not a warning slide that nobody remembers.
  • [ 04 ]

Something to use the next day

Every course ends with an artefact: a prompt library, a 30-day habit plan, a first agent or a draft inventory.
  • [ 05 ]

A record for AI literacy duties

The EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to build AI literacy among their staff. Training with a record of attendance is one step towards that. Check what applies to you with your counsel.

[ 04 — PRICES ]

Open courses, priced per person.

All prices excl. VAT.

Open course, half dayCHF 690 per person
Open course, full dayCHF 1,190 per person

Courses of about 3 hours are priced as a half day. In-house team training is priced as a workshop programme, see the workshops page.

[ 05 — CUSTOM ]

A topic that is not on the list.

If you need a topic beyond the five courses, or a session on your own material such as your templates, ticket types or data rules, tell us the group and the goal. We propose a format and a price.

[ 06 — QUESTIONS ]

About the courses.

Can you train our whole team in-house?

Yes, as a workshop programme. It starts with the AI advisory and runs in groups of up to 20 people, each with a 4-hour hands-on workshop on site, about 10 days of practice and a 1-hour online follow-up. See the workshops page for the steps and prices.

How large is a group in an open course?

Small enough for hands-on work: up to 12 people for building agents and up to 25 for the shorter introductions.

We trained people before and nothing changed.

Then the format was probably too general. Our courses are built around your own tasks and end with something to use the next day. For Copilot, we can measure usage after 30 days as part of a rollout.

How do we stop people pasting confidential data into public tools?

Rules alone rarely work, because people need a better alternative. We teach the data classes, show what is safe with which tool and, where useful, help you set up an approved tool so the easy path is also the allowed one.

Do participants need their own accounts?

For prompting and building agents, yes: an account with the tool you plan to use. We confirm the setup with you beforehand.

Do you use our company data in training?

Only if you choose to. By default we work with sample material. If we use your documents, they stay in your environment.

Is the content current? Tools change every month.

Yes. We update the content with each delivery, based on what we are building at the time.

Is there a certificate?

Participants get a confirmation of attendance. There is no formal accreditation.

Can the course be held in German?

Yes. Every course runs in English or German.

Tell us who needs to learn what.

One message with the topic and the group is enough. You get a proposal, not a brochure. For a whole team, start with the workshops.
